Health Sciences University Faculty Member and Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist Prof. Dr. Nafiye Yılmaz, stating that although the new type of coronavirus has not been reported to have a negative impact on early pregnancy and the subsequent process worldwide, emphasized that, except for patients requiring urgent intervention, infertility treatments should be postponed due to the need to reduce mobility during the application process of patients who want to have children and receive treatment in IVF centers. This is necessary for the efficient use of the healthcare system, facilities, and healthcare personnel.
